Products and accuracy
We work to describe every product accurately — materials, sizes, and what's in the box. Natural materials such as wood and bamboo vary from piece to piece; reasonable variation from photographs is not a defect. If we've made a genuine listing error, your remedy is set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in US dollars. Prices may change, but changes don't affect orders already placed. If a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders
We may refuse or cancel any order — for example on suspected fraud, unavailable stock, or an unservable address. If we cancel, you're refunded in full.
Shipping
Delivery estimates are in our Shipping Policy. They are estimates, not guarantees.
Intellectual property
The Kettleback name, site content and product descriptions are ours. Don't copy them for commercial use without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.
