Shipping policy

We currently offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and transit typically takes 5–12 business days — so most orders arrive within approximately 1–2.5 weeks in total (about 6–15 business days from order to delivery). Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Kettleback is an independent online retailer: we source our products from third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners, and orders may ship directly from our partners' warehouses. Customer support, returns, and order questions are handled directly by Kettleback.

Tracking information will be provided when available. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your order appears lost in transit, arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered, contact us at support@shopkettleback.com with your order number so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.
