Where we ship
Kettleback currently ships to the United States only.
How long it takes
There are two parts to delivery, and we state both:
- Processing: 1–3 business days — the time to prepare your order and hand it to the carrier.
- Transit: typically 5–12 business days.
Total: most orders arrive within one to two and a half weeks. A minority take longer. We don't guarantee a specific delivery date — we'd rather say that here than promise one we can't keep.
Where orders ship from
Our products are dispatched from our fulfilment partners' international warehouses. It's part of how we keep prices where they are, and it's why transit takes longer than a domestic parcel. If you need something for a specific date, order well ahead or contact us first.
Tracking
Every order receives a tracking number by email once it ships. Tracking may take a few days to start updating — that's normal.
If your order is late
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us and we will refund or resend it. You will never be left chasing a missing parcel alone.
Holiday ordering
For December delivery, order by December 1st. Orders placed later may not arrive before the 25th.
